| OVERVIEW • Family, youth, recreation, sport and fitness programs • Retention and service member administered programs This relationship began in 1995 at Fort George G. Meade with the Army's Boss program. It was enhanced in 1998, with a Navy contract award for worldwide marketing support of the launch of the Liberty program. It has continued to expand by reputation to U.S. military installations across the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Our relationship has brought us to installations across the U.S., onboard aircraft carriers, to navy stations, army and marine training sites, air force bases, in support of air shows, deliveries sent to ships in the Persian Gulf and ground troops in Iraq, to military service member, civilian MWR and fleet recreational conferences, and in support of military homecomings. • Ascertain requirements • Professionally consult on product selection and application compatibility • Receive, review, modify or develop, if necessary, program artwork • Provide concise budgetary information • Manage the production and delivery process • Provide clear communication with updates and schedules • Track outbound shipments • Provide timely and accurate billing • Follow-up with client satisfaction inquiries
