| SUBMITTING NEW ARTWORK ?
Many large organizations have their own dedicated graphic design staff with degree level and industry related experience. These departments sometimes handle the artwork preparation for new projects. In these cases, our industry standard file preparation formats are familiar. All the file preparation standards regarding client supplied digital artwork can be found under Resources > Submitting New Artwork ? option on the menu bar above.
File transfer from anywhere in the world can be handled through two types of exchange:
● files size under 2 mb, email to

● files size over 2 mb, utilize this industry website: YOUSENDIT.COM
This is a recommended third party website serving as a file transfer
provider for large image files. For the email recipient, use
webinfo@mcgraphixinc.com
ORDER FORM / INFORMATION REQUEST FORM
● Select > Resources > Order Form from the menu bar. This form provides fields for up to (3) different products as well as the specific information regarding the intended production. Great for returning clients and new business where the production attributes are clearly defined. The completed form will be directed to McGRAPHIXINC where an order confirming purchase agreement will be generated and forwarded for approval and funding.
● Select > Resources > Information Request Form from the menu bar. This form provides an outline of all of the necessary information which is needed to produce complete budget information. The completed form will be directed to McGRAPHIXINC.
● Subsequent to our receipt of the requested information, a director will respond
via phone or e-mail. The goal is to insure receipt of all the information
necessary to provide an accurate budget and schedule communiqué. ● Subsequent to the clients request, McGRAPHIXINC will e-mail our standard
purchase agreement in PDF format. This document acts as the order vehicle
and outlines the complete budget and production specifics.

ORDER CYCLE
● To place the order, return via fax or email scan the signed purchase
agreement with the necessary funding information and the order will be
processed.
● Artwork proofs, schedule and shipping communications will be provided
during the work flow process
